Sellf CRM Platform
Sellf is a Mobile CRM (Customer Relationship Management): a smart personal assistant that motivates sales teams to reach their sales goals faster. It allows to keep track of every single business opportunity and customer activity with the familiarity of a consumer app.
Sellf received 2 rounds of new funding thanks to new the design and features developed.
Used by more than 100,000 users, including major customers such as Generali and Mediolanum, Sellfapp was awarded by Apple as Best New Business App Worldwide (2014) and Most Innovative App of 2015 (Italy).
My role in Sellf
Involved in the entire product design process of the company and responsible of the customer support: managed tickets, conducted user testings, took care of the knowledge base.
- Brand identity: logo, website, landing pages, adv banners, newsletters and business cards;
- UI/UX app design (iOS, Android, web);
